I'm not worried-about the court case. 4m loss can be accomodated. Instead i have lingering concerns re CSV. Am unable to be sure what is happening and we need a clear unambigious address from Chair and CEO spelling-out the year ahead for CSV... warts and all. If things go to plan CSV will have strong earnings over next 3 years. I will look for confirmation from tomorrow's AGM.
