As long as the government and politicians are on their side they have no concerns they can't solve. We know AVZ are not popular with the people that matter in DRC and that problem cannot be resolved imo a buyout of the asset is the best chance shareholders have here short of a lengthy court battle tat could bankrupt AVZ in the process.
