Isn't the 3rd Q - If material information was known in advance to our Macquarie "funding/advisors" about the SE2/3 progress/results during this 24/01 to 14/02 period - Did this information "move through the bank" to spark off the Short splurge prior to release of SE2/3 results end of Feb - 4 weeks window of "opportunity"?
Your 2 points, talk to left hand shorting, whilst right hand is maintaining the Outperform recommendation - that can be done independantly and "innocently" even - Walls.
Did the left hand know what the right hand was doing - or vice versa. Or even holding hands........
