Some interesting moves from this RE wannabee.
Will the new subsidiary eventually be spun off to give shareholders the possibility of value creation via focus on the Wyoming asset? Otherwise how does the 'subsidiary' escape' the other assets potentially depressing the sp?
This is the same issue facing both Ionic RE with its Ionic Tech recycling and Mkango with HyProMag. How do you create shareholder value with projects mired in a depressed RE sector.
Another interesting little ditty also dropped the same time as this news. The CEO is off to explore 'other opportunities'. Yep, that's it no other explanation for shareholders. We wonder why no details? But of course that answer is in the question - its just 'shareholders'.
