Well IF a non binding offer is still on the table, the offer will be for x dollars of capital which means that as the share price continues its downward trend we will get diluted even more .
Thanks management for not hurrying this deal through and making the strategic investor better off (but at existing shareholder expense(again)). Nevertheless, the deal should not have taken any longer than a month to complete- including the site visit.
