They've literally developed the pulse for years, and Craig has consistently had a terrible habit of burning cash like a demon regardless of the market. Finally they're inches away from producing and selling it, 3000 initial production run upgraded to 8000, potentially why extra cash was required. If ever holders should be bullish it would be now...!
