They've only received $169k from AuResources according the latest 4C report.
If you read the last 4C report it still says in there that whilst they have a binding term sheet it is still subject to satisfactory DD by AuResources and completion of formal finance documents.
As they have no money from AuResources they have not started processing ore and are also not under a present obligation to repay AuResources, other than the initial $169k.
