FRI's 23/08/2023 Announcement anticipated that the company would be awash with cash in Q1FY25, and stated, “The Finbar Board has resolved to conserve capital and no dividend will be paid for the 2023 financial year. The Board is investigating best options for returning capital to shareholders upon completion and settlement of the current major apartment projects.”
I suspect they would pay a good dividend, and perhaps buy back shares. I look forward to learning what Management decides to do.
