For example, the resoondent will file its response on date X
Appliacnt can file its response by date Y.
A date for hearin may be set down. I trust the Justice will say
Date X
Date Y
and Date Z for hearing.
The case for mediation cannot be overemphasized.
For FS, you lot are adults. Now piss off for two weeks and work it out, Comeback to me woth a proposal. If not, I will make a decision and timeframe you will not make.
