grade is king unless the bi-product has value. The focus on the RE part is fair enough, but the phos acid value is under considered in perceptions. It's really useful stuff. Way to early to call but NdPr spot is hopefully getting a bit trendy. Once the Feds threw their hat into the ring the weakest link became the Mgt. I'd shudder on seeing a performance graph on them using whatever metric.
