I came here, expecting to find this.

Does this mean that:

a) ASIC usually gets around to suing companies that mislead investors, having sued ISXFU and NK, and NK having been found guilty of misleading investors, baggies should now admit that NK was lying, or

b) this is part of the conspiracy to make it look like ASIC isn't actually working with ASX to bring down ISXFU
