Lots of Sturm und Drang but now that other SaverGlass bids are becoming public it's suggesting they paid/valued it a bit more but maybe that's just because they're better positioned to realise synergies.
So here we are in a reasonably crappy market for packaging at the end of a "destocking" cycle and they're still spinning off solid cashflow. They won't have those one off acquisition costs next time around.
No wonder the vultures are circling at this share price. The hit has been overdone imho.
