    Hi All

Thought I’d raise a discussion based on what we are expecting from PAC announcement next week and what are investors looking out for, as follows:
    1. Would be good to understand the long-term plan for business. Are they 100% committed to divesting all boutique businesses or will they look to keep ROC, Astarte, EAM and the small parts remaining of the high performing boutiques (VPC and PennyBacker).
    2. What will PAC management be doing with asset sale funds? Believe the most efficient use of capital from asset sales will be to complete share buy backs.
    3. Will VPC have that watershed year? I believe yes it will and they will need to ensure VPC no longer retains earnings to maximise payments to current owners - this will contribute to PAC generating $60M+ in revenue (as per broker forecasts).
    4. Will earnings be used for buybacks or paid as dividends? Believe now franking credits are exhausted, best use will be to buy back shares.
    5. Will PAC management have a chart/slide deck to show cashflow expectations over the coming couple of years from known asset sales?

    What are others thoughts?

    Best of Luck
