    Think the market is happy with the news, seems to have settled at about the 3.30 mark so far.

    Some big volume sales went through at 3.60 (50,000+ in an order)

    Obviously some profit taking, why not has been a fairly solid month.

    Lastly with the expected dividend, if falls between 50-70cents, wouldnt expect the price to go up over that for the time being anyway, otherwise, paid over the odds.

    Just my random thoughts, think it is a good day for ACRUX and holders, new and old. Remember still have two items up before FDA for approval, animal healthcare product, and the other escapes mind at this moment.

    Bank Balance will be $140M+ within 15 days as per conditions of the agreement for eli lilly to pay milestone payment upon approval.
