Wants him to return but wouldn't lift a finger to help him.
Comforting to know that as an Australian citizen I can be held without charges for years and my own government will keep silent.
Then when finally released, meaning there was no basis for detention, it's all supposed to be forgotten, years in jail with no trial.
At least it's all in pursuit of spreading democracy.
