I just want to comment on your earlier post where you said that Nk is just trying to get aid from the west. I dont think this is the case. The NK regime is a bunch of crazy Stalinists, and to accept conditional help from the west (read the USA) would involve a huge loss of face in their political culture. For them its all about posturing and their need to reinforce the status quo of the Dear Leader.
