a little bit of thinking, page-13

I have been a long term holder of SLR since buying in in the 30's in late 2008, and it was the majority of my portfolio for most of 2009, breaking the rule of diversification but it worked out well for me.

I however sold a large portion of my holding in 2010 once it hit $2.5 and above, as I completely agree with Nevcop the share price got ahead of itself, compared to the value elsewhere in the gold sector. I can only assume that a number of other shareholders are doing the same.

Yes the management is top class, and they have delivered so far,and I have faith they will in future. But based on current production and profits a market cap of 450mill / pe of near 30 was priced for perfection in the next few years.

I have bought a small parcel sub $2 today, and intend to do buy much larger parcels around 185 and 175, which is where i think it is headed based on chart support levels and the 200 day ema. And i will hold and leverage up if it goes lower from there.

Have faith and buy into a worried market, but technically i think it has a little further to drop yet.
