I don't have access to my chart package here now but it's v close to finally breaking the big downtrend from the 2011 top
that's why they issued the revised resource and the other corporate activity I expect
breaking a downtrend doesn't guarantee big upside.. but it makes it much more likely
at a minimum breaking free will make it more likely stock gets bid from trend follower algos and funds
that's where a stock often goes from feeling like it's always held down to the opposite
US CPI tonight could be a key trigger
that's why nothing is moving today. Market wants to see if it's a low cpi that supports US rate cuts in sept that many are already forecasting
