The optimist in me thinks management would no doubt be timing this IPO at optimal timing of recent company progress, trial progression, FDA milestones and so forth to ensure the maximum valuation leading into the listing process - I would hope to see a flurry of good news leading into this major event, but that is just the optimist in me and our executive team haven't covered themselves in glory with previous statements vis-a-vie what has actually panned out "there will never be another dilutive capital raising again!" lol.
