Not the funds that are selling but also public sentiment about dumb decisions by management around trident deal is all time low.
it is very difficult for normal investors to find out how many trident investors also; wns stake in DRR.
aSic is the place one should complain.
another thing is that isn't the board giving opportunities to vote on deal so it will be shareholder decision not just board decision and hence you need to know how many investors in trident also holds stake in drr?
