make a stand and let them know your not happy with how your SP has been decimated and diluted by current management.

Now Im not sure what KPI's these guys use but it all seems very convenient for them and we have no say, this is your chance. Seeing that there has been ONLY 1 decent rise in 5 years makes NO sense to me to keep the same management in charge. It would be just lazy and apathetic. Where is the accountability??

They admitted they have no mining and production abilities, that's where we need now to move forward, maybe this is why they keep instructing drilling programs from the office in Sydney??

I mean seriously, its not the way to profitability by just cap raising every 6 months to fund wages and drilling programs.
