After reading the 50 page summary, my summary is, this is "a rescue/save Gillard/Telstra plan".
Both are heading for disaster with much carnage and desperatley need saving!
After reading the plan I don't believe it will save them, but only prolong the agony and mayhem until Tony the wrecker and the Australian voter finishes them of!
