We've had this discussion before. MEP is good, but CAP has experienced management, financial backing, and a ripper of a JV deal. I'm not saying MEP is bad (infact I do like the company), but CAP is a bit further ahead than MEP at the moment, hence the higher market cap.
Both deposits are enormous, and both companies will go a long way down the future, no doubt about that. At the moment though, CAP is a 'safer' bet and is closer to production.
