Someone made the decision to submit the 2 applications on the same date (17th Oct 2023). I assume info could have been updated for 2020 application (ie GNAT Chart as you say) within weeks if not a month or two and forwarded on regardless of the status or information being submitted for 2021. The fact that 2020 sat (IMO) until the completion of the 2021 application is NOT in accordance with the Consent Order.

But as i said.. it matters nought now.... we are in Court to compel the JA to make a decision....and hopefully a decision will be made - SOON! (IMMINENT!!!!..lol)
