My Opinion: LRS is a sell for cash rather than take up PLS shares which I believe still has downside risk to $2.10.
LT holders would hate this outcome because they had blue sky vision for lithium, but things have now changed for the worse in that lithium winter hibernation is here to stay. The offer is a respite in a dire situation.
