The way I read it are that TIC founders brought the dispute to Pact Claim Group and the Pact Claim Group refused the dispute and landed the legal proceeding against TIC founders and its 30 millions pay out. The trial is set in April 2025.
But under the content it said ' the Group is not party to any other legal proceedings that are expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have a material adverse effect on its business, financial position, or operating results?'
Does the wording mean this is the only open legal case that Pact has or Pact is not relating to Pact Claim Group? I wonder is there even a Pact Claim Group? Never heard or know it even exists!! Since they have a cut cost program, they may as well reduce a few personnel from Pact Claim Group hey?
Look at the market today, little movement. But that 30 millions pay out can be used by the right people to reverse the company sp. The result pose minimal change to the market value with Pact's current shares volume stage. However, by paying out that 30 millions can help TIC's founders push the company's share value back to $1, I would say.
