Veolia's 2024-2027 strategic plan entails net capex of about EUR3 billion per year and net growth investments of EUR4 billion (net of financial disposals) cumulated over the period. The latter will be equally allocated on 'high-growth businesses' (high value-added solutions with positive environmental impact) and 'core activities' (essential services with high barriers to entry). Veolia aims to focus on countries where it has a strong market position, accelerating growth in the US, the Middle East and Australia.
