it looks and sounds very ordinary, but a polish vegetable salad is my favourite
it is comprised of things like finely diced potatoe, carrot, pickled cucumber and some peas - probably other stuff as well and I have been told there are many regional variations.
The dressing is mayo and a bit of mustard
simple, hearty but surprisingly really nice - nothing to look at though!
