As mentioned in my previous post I eagerly await the following:

    (1) Canada plant approval + manufacturing (Stirling products - Natural products etc + 3rd Party Products) = revenue.
    (2) Telemedcare progression: Great Acquisition, I have read up on these devices and the current roll-out of the product...Fantastic potential & income generating = revenue
    (3) JV with Kidney Health Aust = revenue
    (4) Major drugs/products coming off patent in a few years. Definately a positive.

Points (1),(2) & (3) alone (without any calculation as to the NPAT of STI) should provide enough cash flow generation to propel STI and maintain its going concern. All the other "projects" such as Animal Health, Obesity Study & ImmunoXel are bonuses if they eventuate, although talk of baby wipes hitting the shelves are a farce. PB are you serious?

Finally, HDA the blockbuster!!! If PB can pull this off i'll decorate my room with his picture only for a day or two(anyone bringing a camera to the AGM?)

Halcion - gone!! Best news released since its proposed acquisition.

These questions, inter alia, must be addressed at the AGM:

    (1) Who the HDA JV partner(s) are? This is a major deal (which will make or break STI) and all details should be readily disclosed to the market.

    (2) Have there been any contracts signed or in the process of execution regarding the Canadian plant start-up?

    (3) Penthouse suites: Why arent these being leased? If managements answer is "the rental yield does not warrant STI leasing out the premises", this is a load of dribble as no rental income from these million dollar premises further adds to the cash burn. The Sydney CBD property market is still hot so there is no excuse.

    (4) Current financial position of STI?

S/H have various views as to the way management is running STI and I at times also question the delivery of PB's announcements. However, a small atom such as this company with projects as gigantic as the Universe takes time to create. This will either be a $1 plus stock in 4-5 years time or a white dwarf. I tend to lean to the former based on the HDA and off-patent of other drugs in a couple years time which falls into STI's lap.
