Hi All,

I have been watching the AUD/USD for a fair while, and removing myself from the charts what are the reason's for heading back to the USD.

Korean tension.
China's capitulations on slowing down growth and inflation.
Again the concerns of Sovereign debt arise in the EURO zone.

Reasons for staying away:
Economy is still in the blues.
Various conflicts already fighting and huge debt.

It seems likely to me that there will be further weakness in the AUD. The H&S pattern on the daily is forming nicely and we may see a continuation up to the top of the right shoulder, however I think we are heading lower in the short to medium term. Good Luck.
