PLS were not watching and waiting.
K.B had 50% of PLS up for sale for $150 million with Macquarie as the brokers.
Nobody came to the party even with KB saying there was plenty of interest.
The ex Macquarie employee new CDO of PLS was " instrumental" in the acquisition according to ASX announcement from PLS.
That's just part of the shonky "Acquisition" story.
I guess they just wanted their commission.
