Looking at the balance sheet of Veolia, I am not sure if they are the best option for us to buy PWN to get the maximum out of it … if we assume we are doing 160 Mio profit a year as MrM said in 2027 and we consider a PE ratio of 10 our share price should be roughly at 0.58 AUD (2,77 BN number of shares) and MC of 1,6 BN … the profit after tax of Veolia is roughly 1 BN in 2023 … of course they can still do it and over the years they will earn it but still I am wondering if they are willing us to pay a decent amount of money and if we know our tech works and we are running the projects, why selling?
giving the shareholders 2 cent dividends would be attractive for me too.
long story short: if Veolia buys us I believe it is rather near term 2024/25 than later in this decade to keep the deal cheap for them. Bahay said once 0,1-0,2 is his believe. Seeing the growth opportunities this would be a disappointing price for me
