The company doing the buying typically drops in value and the company being purchased goes up in value.
So comparing the SP performance of RED5 Vs GMD over the last 3 months...
RED5 - from 49cps to 34cps - Down 30%
GMD - from 1.70 to 2.20 - Up 30%
Coincidence?? You could be right on the money...
Have been watching GMD quite closely over the last couple of months and it's been incredibly resilient, even while the POG has shown weakness.
I reckon LT will need Cash and Script if he is after GMD.
And I'm happy for it to play out a little longer, if it is the case.
