Hopefully everyone votes no because we know now PLS wants it, if it goes bust it does not matter, PLS want it meaning others will want it, mothball it and wait for an upturn, the BOD can be disposed of.
If the vote is no, SP falls meaning we can buy and stuff them over like GameStop
