My understanding is that its 20c /sh all day and every day at a VALUE OF $2.85 per PLS SHARE. Another word for every 14.25 SHARES of LRS you OWN is equivalent to 1 PLS share WORTH $2.85 regardless of if their SP falls to $2.00
