what I want to know is, when was the offered or approach made. In the announcement Chris is quoted as saying that he's been to the Pilbara Mine. why would you go there if there wasn't an approach prior considering they wouldn't have had anything else to offer since we've been tracking signa step by step.

As soo. as there was a formal approach for consideration from PLS there should've been a trading halt and there it should been announced to the market. Bot a dropped out of no where announcement saying there was an agreement.

soon to be 100MT resource with likely 4billion not upside and we're getting acquired for $368 million?! are you freaking kidding me. LTR was offered double their value when they started to build their plant. we'll be head and shoulder above them.

something smells about how this was conducted and all shareholders should be livid at what has happened today. we've just be F up the wazoo. I was a very big supporter of the way this company was run up until today with this bullshit deal that has given us NO PREMIUM at all.
