It seems like every time they're about to tap into the ATM, the stock price suddenly spikes.
That can't just be a coincidence, right?
Is it an opportunistic move, or is it something they somehow control?
If, as you mentioned, they do it when they need to pay a bill, it would mean they have some control over the SP.
