Two directors buying about the same quantity 500,000 and 550,000 shares at the same time frame says they can afford them and Phillips Find mines will get the go ahead from the mine department soon and mining will start.
Now Hansen hasn't declared any buying but he will likely be holding out for free performance rights, like the 17,000,000 he got for NOT publishing the Mt Thirsty Scoping study.
