It means that
C) ASX (may) have misled investors, lied, told porky pies, been trying to clean up it's clearing house but can't, been sneaky, have not told the truth, hid information from the market, been deceitful, may been found to have broken the law, been in SERIOUS BREACH of the regulations it itself is supposed to uphold, BUT and a very big BUT are not suspended for this action and allowed to continue to trade as normal, like most companies that don't start with ISX and don't also crossover into their domain.
But you could also see it as baggies should now agree their was no conspiracy and all is fair in love and war. (I just don't know how that view could be justified though?)
