It sounded like it was unlimited as per Waynes' remarks in the agm speech. The only rule i can find is that they need shareholder permission if selling 20% to one entity in a raise. I am guessing that is why we are delisting from the ASX as we would still be bound by the 15% rule, as disappointing as it is to be listed solely over there need to get this show on the road and if its not to much drama dealing with the CDIs..
