I agree with him that it is way overvalued BUT as I said to him at this point most cba sellers have sold and now sit on the sidelines wishing that this monster will reset. Everyone needs to know that the buyers of all of those cba shares have been purchased buy A oversea institutional investors B Australian super funds what do they know that we do not.? As a holder with an average entry under $54.00 I would be silly to sell with a gross return well over 10%. I think there are heaps of long term holders that are in a much better position than myself they know it would be stupid for them to sell. Enjoy the ride
