Might just be coincidence.
But if he is the seller, then it appears the stock was sold in two lines, one of 30.84m shares (7.4% of the shares outstanding) and a smaller line of 2.6m shares (0.6% of the total)

But, as I said, I might be barking up the wrong tree.
