It's not the advice that's the problem it's the compliance. Everyone will lose weight if they're in a calorie deficit but many find it hard to comply with a healthy diet and exercise regime hence Ozempic et al as it's the easy route. I think once the joint is damaged though that complicates management & meds that aid mobility & reduce pain are certainly warranted.
Anyway it's Friday is today the day for a trading halt?
