Just a delay as the company will likely have to resubmit the EIS for assessment. The fact that a judgement has been reached so quickly is very positive in my eyes as if there were no issues with the judgement from the judicial review in the Land and Environment Court then there are only so many ways to say "We agree with the decision - appeal dismissed". Please SVL, make these activist pests pay every single cent of your legal costs.
