Redkey and others the appeal process is finished, end of story quoting Kalaa. Every country has corruption and Australia has its fair share if you read the recent issues surrounding police, drugs and bikie gangs. No one is immune to corruption but to call a spade a spade you have to take your hat off to the Namibian Chief Justice, he made public and was outraged at Mr A and friends late night sleazy visit.

The Namibian Government like all governments worldwide have to protect their justice system otherwise they become the laughing stock of the world and more importantly companies looking to develop and invest within Namibia. Remember all countries welcome, want and NEED foreign investment and Namibia is not immune to that and probably more than most needs it. How would it look to all foreign companies, investors and governments if somehow corruption forced the government to somehow overrule a Supreme Court decision or they intervened to stop MLS renewing the EPL licences. It would affect the credibility of the entire country, its people, the governement everything and make other companies shaky re investing considerable time, money and resources. Dont forget thats its barely been a few weeks since the Supreme Court handed down its verdict, the licences will be renewed they have to be to preserve what I stated above. Consider this as a great buying opportunity I am and have topped up accordingly, you wont see these SP levels once the EPL's get renewed and MLS proves up the high grade resource they have.
