I think your summation of what is going on behind the scenes and what we already know is a good one. You did touch on the cost of production which is the potential stumbling block. I think the big players have been doing their "due diligence" for some time now and are just waiting for the right time.
In under a decade, we could surpass MP Materials in value and are certainly worth more than $1 at present. The drama is frustrating all us at the moment!
