With the discussion around raising capital in the future through a SPAC it is important to gain not just financial support but to be partnered with companies that possess strong mining capabilities with a longstanding history of achievement in building large scale infrastructure. Wyoming is shaping up to be the center of attention in regard to heavy rare earth supply/processing that the US Government is keen to develop IMO

If a SPAC approach is the way to boost the strength of the company in the future it must be not just for financial gain by large trading partners after a quick return. We must be sure we are partnered with a respected mining company with longterm history of creating sustainable wealth through the establishment of a large mining entity. I know we will require this in the future as the the resource is so large and valuable it needs financial support but we need expertise to make it a reality IMO
