Was just thinking about the 'recommendation' by the FDA. 10mg was what they agreed for Xanadu. Safety profile and all.
But after Xanahes, does that still apply. Or is it because it was not on US soil.
I don't recall any recommendation or suggestion for recent trials.
Are we blindly following old recommendations. Just musing
