I wouldn't be surprised if one of the indicative offers was from A2M, but the party BFC are actively discussing with does not sound like A2M.
A2M doesn't already have specialisation in dairy nutraceuticals (Synlait handles this e.g. Lactoferrin and so forth) and MVM deals more with the base product). Which is a good reason why they might make an offer though.
