2. No idea but still too many.
They don't have to sell but it is their business model to exchange them for a huge discount and then to sell them on-market asap. The sooner Hopper cancels the agreement the better.
At least the Lind sell down provided a nice trading opportunity. If that happens here too I am ready to catch a few as well.
